This could never happen in the United States (I know it’s relative but no way in our third largest city and widely–I am aware of and have spent a lot of time in both Vegas and Miami), and I’m not at all hesitant to say the reasons has nothing to do with children (children don’t know nudity is wrong or funny unless their dumb fuck parents tell them it is) but due to the juvenile behavior of most men in the U.S. We as a sex could not just chill out and enjoy the scenery and would have that one guy at the movie that just has to talk and ruin the whole show for everyone else.

You know why else they can do this? There population’s fatass percentage allows for an easy transition. Let’s be honest, the idea of a topless public pool sounds great to Americans until you go outside and look around for a minute. Stroll around Walmart for a second, go to Golden Corral–the public pool could turn into where the wild things are real quick like.
